Duties & Responsibilities
· Consult and guide students/applicants who dream to go abroad.
· Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
· Manage appointments for both clients and counselors.
· Maintain client’s records and provide excellent administration.
· Attention to details.
· Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
· Provide administrative support to all colleagues.
· Should be able to meet deadlines.
· Able to achieve the COE targets.
· Work closely with college admissions representatives to support students.
Skills & Experience:
· Two-years experience with Graduation, A level and O level (preferred).
· Fluency in English.
· Prior experience in the Visa Industry will be a plus.
· High level of awareness for customer service.
· Excellent communication skills with team, clients and college staff.
· Excellent listening skills, problem-analysis, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent time and project management skills.
· Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
· Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
· Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
· Expert in Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook.
· High level of commitment, responsibility and passion for the work.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Front Desk Officer / Receptionist (Preferred)
