About the role
As an office assistant your tasks are versatile and include multiple things ranging from maintaining the general tidiness of the office to supporting administrative tasks. The work takes place at the office in Ruoholahti. Depending on the situation, remote work may be possible for approx. 1 day/week.

Work tasks
- General tidiness of the office, checking and cleaning up the kitchen etc. if necessary (cleaning company has the main responsibility)
- Replenishing kitchen equipment (coffee, fruit and snacks)
- Possible travel arrangements, organization of events (movie nights, monthly breakfasts etc.) and communication on Slack
- Welcoming new employees on their first day and managing the tasks of new and leaving employees
- Admin support: checking invoices, assisting with travel invoices, FedEx shipments and mail
We are looking for
- Suitable educational background e.g. University of Applied Sciences
- Some previous working experience in customer service in an office environment or office operations
- English language skills, both verbal and written
- Good information-seeking skills and IT skills such as MS Office
Experience working in an international environment and knowledge of Finnish are considered as an advantage.
