the best suited startups to their profile and derive highest possible returns on the overall
portfolio. We help visionary founders in bringing their vision into reality through our expertise
and help them scale their business with the capital funding assistance and mentor
participation from the industry leaders and subject matter experts from the investor
community.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Private equity advisor/Financial Consultant to contribute in generating leads and managing the good relationship with the clients of for Qi Venture. You are responsible for handling clients over the phone/email, preferably by phone calls. You will be responsible for closing deals and maintaining good customer relationships.
As an effective person, you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people and relationship management skill. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help Qi Venture grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Qi Venture’s offerings.
- Interacting with HNI and UHNI clients and solving their quires and portfolio.
- Handle grievances/solve the issues and grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis. No tolerance towards any data security breach of any customer or company information.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Keep records of all conversations in company's database in a comprehensible way Frequently attend trainings/re-trainings to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Maintaining the data base and records of the clients in useful manner.
Requirements and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (E).
- Fluent in English and Hindi. (E)
- Proven experience as equity advisory/Financial consultant/Relationship manager (E)
- Preferred knowledge about financial products. (E)
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems (E)
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects (E)
- Should know the basics of MS-Excel (D)
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types (D).
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints (D).
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively and should be a good team player (D).

Educational qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 1 to 5 Years.
Work location: HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bangalore/Bengaluru.
