Group Controller [Switzerland]

 

• Analysis of the monthly Group reporting
• Contribution to the management of the group wide budget process as well as to the 3-years financial planning process
• Commenting on the Group results to the Board of Directors
• Group wide project controlling
• Development and maintenance of the reporting books to the Board of Directors
• Elaborate analysis, comments and graphs for the CFO presentations
• Prepare profitability analysis based on SAP CO-PA
• Manage reporting related to inflation
• Support Group tool for continuous improvement
• Manage Operational Committee meetings for the respective Business Group
• Supervise overall CAPEX approval and reporting process
• Support HQ Controlling
• Support Tax department with calculations related to Transfer Pricing policy

Your qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Controlling or similar
• Some years of experience as Controller in the automotive supply industry or in another industry sector
• Experience as Group, Business Group or Business Unit Controller
• Fluent in English is prerequisite while other languages are an asset
• Motivated and initiative selfstarter with strong analytical skills
• Team oriented and communicative personality with strong intercultural competences
• Advanced knowledge of SAP CO-PA
• Experience with Power BI
