WHO WE LOOK FOR

Our team in Berlin is looking for full-time interns that provide support for at least six month.
The next possible start is October 2023.

Responsibilities

• Support with the project management activities related to customers of the railway business
• Collect, verify and track documents related to contractual agreements in cooperation with the customer and service provider (Escrow procedure)
• Responsible for managing complaints, taking in consideration of contractual obligations as well as compliance with the budget
• Checking, processing and handling of complaints in cooperation with the service provider.
• Maintaining the overview of all currently running complaints with regards to status, budget and completion
• Process optimization to make the whole process more efficient

Qualifications

• Completed or nearly completed bachelor’s degree with major in business, engineering, or law
• Excellent academic grades/credentials
• Team player with excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial/ pragmatic mindset and the ability to understand complex issues quickly and independently
• Verbal and written fluency in German and English
• Project management skills and very strong assertiveness strongly recommended
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good skills in MS Office (especially Excel)
