About the job
Enable physical order fulfillment from order entry to dispatch according to Clients’ needs along the order lifecycle.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Guarantee reliable order lifecycle management focusing on Customer expectations and execute a consistent order book management in line with global policies, guidelines and KPI targets
  • Proactively manage SCM-related topics between the various internal departments (e.g. Production Network, Product Management, Pricing Office, SCM partners, Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing)
  • Manage market requests with regard to availability, lead times, product alternatives, product configuration, sample shipments, product hotspots and complaints
  • Create and manage orders for internal stakeholders and external suppliers including frame order handling
  • Create delivery notes including necessary troubleshooting and on-time completion of administrative outbound process
  • Ensure operative compliance with laws and regulations and guarantee that all standard invoices and relevant export documents for Customs and Forwarders are formally correct issued in time and related Customs processes and regulations are considered for standard shipments
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  • Education, preferably in the area of Logistics and Supply Chain (at least BHS Matura), University degree as a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent German & fluent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP as a plus
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes, knowledge of the global transportation market
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
