· Responsible for sales negotiation and required to reach the standard quota or higher.
· Performs prospecting activity (field calls, showroom walk-ins, outside displays, telemarketing, and saturation) to expand network and to promote /maintain company’s positive image and reputation of reliability and also to promote and sell vehicles and services.
· Establishes/develops/maintains professional and cordial relationship with prospective buyers.
· Discovers and qualifies the needs of Customers in order to help them buy our vehicles and services. Presents and demonstrates the advantages of buying vehicles.
· Completes all requirements for release units.
· Inspects and releases vehicle to the customers. Orients customer on operation of the vehicle and all accessories installed during release. Turn-over Customer tools, booklets, etc.
· Provides information about industry competition.
· Performs all sales follow-up calls and other sales related services after actual vehicle releases / delivery to customers.
· Prepares and maintains daily sales reports which contain developments of all accounts.
· Complements CRD on customer care programs.
Performs other tasks, which may be assigned as deemed necessary to further the interest and attain objectives of the organization.
