The Technical Security Lead is responsible for designing and implementing technical security solutions for Shell Companies in Nigeria (SCiN) to enhance business operations, mitigate risks, and reduce costs. This role involves overseeing security projects, acting as the subject matter expert for various security technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead current and future physical security projects and upgrades for SCiN.
- Serve as the SME for security technologies like video surveillance, access control, and intruder detection systems.
- Collaborate with IT, Real Estate, and engineering teams to develop large-scale security solutions.
- Manage projects, ensuring quality deliverables from contractors and conducting acceptance testing.
- Develop technical processes and documentation for new security systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to optimize security technology usage.
- Coordinate technical security aspects of future projects with other departments.
- Act as the focal point for technical training initiatives.

- Port Harcourt: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Experience:
- technical security role (systems security consultant): 10 years (Preferred)
