MOLA Architecture are looking for an Administrator/Accounts Assistant with a knowledge of an accounts package, preferably SAGE.
Administration
- Meet and greet visitors and clients, alerting the appropriate staff member of their arrival and monitoring access control.
- Answer, screen and forwarding all incoming calls/ emails while providing basic information as required.
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone/ video calls.
- Managing third party providers (Stationery, Canteen, IT Support, Office Equipment, Premises Management).
- General administrative duties including client interface, office premises management, meeting rooms management, staff travel arrangements, etc.
- RIAI Documents including Certs of Payment, Certs of Compliance
- Assisting in preparation of tenders and public bids
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Accounts
Inputting and reconciling Petty Cash, Expenses, Credit Cards
- Inputting Invoices
- General bookkeeping and administration
- Knowledge of accounts package, preferably SAGE
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From €34,000.00 per year
