Responsibility:
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to travelers while attending to their inquiries and sharing information on available services.
- Customize the shopping experience by offering tailored product suggestions based on each traveler's specific preferences and needs.
- Provide guidance on selections of liquor and tobacco products.
- Foster enduring connections with travelers through active involvement and relationship-building.
- Proactively apply upselling strategies to meet sales targets.
- Keep updated on duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and pertinent regulations.
- Efficiently and professionally address travelers' concerns or complaints.
- Accurately and swiftly manage cashier transactions.
- Monitor and sustain appropriate inventory levels.
- Act as the primary representative of the company, maintaining its brand image.
- Maintain store aesthetics according to management's visual merchandising standards.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as directed by Supervisors or Managers.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality industry will be preferred
- Able to commit to rotating shift hours, including public holidays and weekends
- Some level of knowledge, skill and familiarity with technology preferred
