Job Summary
Risposta is looking for Servers that will be responsible for providing high-levels of customer service to all restaurant patrons by providing prompt service, taking accurate orders and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.
Servers will perform customer service duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times, and ensure that the customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to customers, including taking accurate orders.
- Taking, delivering and ensuring food is accurate based on customer’s wishes, with any accompaniments that belong.
- Maintain section cleanliness, cleaning the table during and after the meal or drink service.
- Maintain familiarity with the composition of all menu items.
- Ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill, and take payment from the customer, in accordance with the procedures of the establishment.
- Ensure proper setting of tables, removing used dishes and place settings. Assist with cleaning duties.
- Complete side duties based on the restaurant’s needs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Skills/Requirements
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and high volume environment.
- Must have SMART Serve.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Well-organized with ability to take orders accurately.
- Ability to operate point of sale systems.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Able to work with a calm professional manner at all times.
- Must successfully complete the restaurant’s training course.

- Prolonged periods of walking and standing.
- Able to carry and lift up to 25 pounds at one time.
Note: salary will be dependent on experience and higher wage includes gratuities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve (preferred)
Work Location: In person
