Job Summary

The individual we are looking for must be a goal getter, detailed and result oriented, great communicator, ability to lead people, adept at finance & business, a project manager, strategic thinker with problem solving skills to kick start the Facility Management of our business.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assess properties to develop Property Maintenance Schedules and manage preventive maintenance programs on-site and in Facility Management Software.
  • Prepare and implement procedures and systems within company guidelines to ensure orderly, efficient, and prioritized work-flow.
  • Source, negotiate, review, and manage service contracts.
  • Budget for, monitor, and control the expenses of properties in the portfolio.
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment requirements are met according to best practices.
  • Manage Lease and Tenant arrangements.
  • Coordinate the Corporate Government arrangements.


Requirements:


  • HND, B.SC, and any additional certification in Office Management are a plus
  • Communication dynamics
  • Proven work experience as a manager, team lead or similar role
  • Degree in business management or other similar degree in business administration.
  • Good knowledge of different business functions.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills and Solid writing ability.
