Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide customer care support in various areas office including but not limited to account issues and online service queries
  • Solve to customer respond queries and support in a timely and accurate manner
  • Act as a service point for interdepartmental communication and coordination
  • Escalate all matters and problems to management as required to ensure resolution of pending issues
  • Maintain filling and handle administrative tasks
  • Perform any ac hock tasks as assigned

Requirements & Skills

  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • Proven work experience for 1 year as Customer Support or similar role
  • Good spoken and written Mandarin, English and Malay (Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage)
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
