Primary Responsibilities
- Provide customer care support in various areas office including but not limited to account issues and online service queries
- Solve to customer respond queries and support in a timely and accurate manner
- Act as a service point for interdepartmental communication and coordination
- Escalate all matters and problems to management as required to ensure resolution of pending issues
- Maintain filling and handle administrative tasks
- Perform any ac hock tasks as assigned
Requirements & Skills
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Proven work experience for 1 year as Customer Support or similar role
- Good spoken and written Mandarin, English and Malay (Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
