Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support, such as maintaining documentation system and records, data entry and report, coordinating mettings, handling enquiries and other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages
- A minimum 4 years' relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese and English word processing
- Be meticulous and able to work independently
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on six-month temporary contract terms
- Fresh graduates with internship or part-time experience will also be considered
