Job Description
- Maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, and hierarchies
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and screens
- Provide end-user support: user access issues, issues with reports and dashboard, data governance issues, business process questions, issues related to integrations with third party systems
- Maintain integrations with Salesforce plugins, including OwnBackup and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Maintain training material and provide end-user training
- Ensure data integrity, de-duping, and cleaning as needed
- Manage all platform integrations and support integration with other tools to streamline data flows
- Provide guidance on any initiatives involving Salesforce.com
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Qualifications
Additional Information
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
- Proven ability to use Salesforce.com as a business analysis tool
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in computer science is a plus
- Knowledge of standard reporting tools, including salesforce.com reporting functionality and PowerBI or similar
- Salesforce.com Administrator certification preferred
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
