We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Finnish HR team to participate in all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires in Metso Finland.

In these roles you will be hiring qualified people and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will have a chance to take part in all steps in recruitment process both in internal and external side:

Collaborating with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Creating and publishing job ads in various portals
Screening resumes and job applications
Interviewing candidates
Training and advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Preparing job offers and contracts
Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs
Attending summer trainee recruitment and onboarding activities

In the Partner role, you will also be responsible for more complex cross border and global recruitments.

To succeed

To be successful you should have proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. You are familiar with all steps of the process and different applicant tracking systems. You have hands-on experience with the largest job sites (e.g. Jobly, Duunitori, Oikotie) and you have a knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites like LinkedIn and Facebook.

We are looking for team members who have a flexible and positive mindset and who enjoy working in a global work environment. You are not afraid of routine and admin tasks, but you also want to participate in different recruitments with the hiring managers. You naturally take things forward independently and you can ask for advice if needed. In these roles, you should have strong interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communications skills, both in Finnish and English.
