Joining as a Product Owner in Welcoming and Orchestration, you will have the chance of setting the direction of the product strategy of your portfolio. In this Product Owner role, you will get to work in one of our Workflow squads - A team highly dedicated to act as advocates for end-users and customers, ensuring that our Camunda IT platform meet end-users and customers' needs, thus, supporting Danske Bank's large digitalization agenda.
You will be responsible for preparing requirements for our Camunda platform, managing key stakeholders and driving the development of Camunda, making sure that we leverages the full capabilities of the platform while working in a fast paced agile environment, alongside the following:
- Stay updated on Camunda technology and best practices
- Define and safeguard the squad mission and vision
- Create, maintain and prioritize the backlog of business priorities in a form of user stories
- Protect the team's time by removing impediments to focus on outcomes
- Responsible for coordinating with different stakeholders within other squads, business and support functions to understand current pains and needs
- Accountable for compliance and risk assessments related to the development and deployment of the Camunda workflows, proactively addressing potential issues to avoid disruptions
- Foster a collaborative environment for the fully empowered team members to excel and deliver efficiently
